Stop Eating This! This Diet Will Make Any Disease Disappear Forever| Pradeep Jamnadas

Dr. Pradip Jamnadas, Start your day off right by eating foods that help promote healthy gut bacteria and that don't spike your insulin levels. Also remember, that if you're on a fasting program, you can skip the breakfast. Breakfast is not the most important meal of the day. And if youre not hungry, my advice to most people is skip the breakfast.

    As a vegetarian I don’t do keto because it cuts out carbs. My understanding is that keto is all about eating fats, but I may be misinformed on that. But if it is about eating fat, like putting a Tablespoon of butter in you coffee, what is happening is the fat starts clogging your arteries. It seems as keto is great for weight loss, but it seems that it better be temporary or you will be exchanging weight loss for a stroke or heart attack that is what concerns me about keto.

Lost 75+ pounds in 9months. I stopped and skipped breakfast and ate “breakfast” about lunch time and dinner gained weight like crazy. So back to the earlier times for me.

    Yeah in the begining, first couple weeks you can have some stomach issues. That's why it's important to slowly change your diet. Not up and over night. That said, I and many others switching to plant based diets experienced bloating and gas for the first week or 2. That's because your gut microbiom hasn't yet adjusted but it will and you will be so glad to have gone through it.

While he gives sound advice about cutting out all the sugar and processed foods, the average person will be unable to follow this advice long-term because it takes a lot of discipline. For a long time I ate almost 100% clean but all it takes is one moment of weakness and you can find yourself slipping into bad habits. Maintaining a healthy diet everyday can actually become stressful. I still eat as healthy as possible but if I feel in the mood to eat a piece of cheesecake then I'll eat a bloody cheesecake☺

    As always, good practical advice. But I gave up vegetables two years ago and went carnivore. Lost 150 lbs! Healthier now than I was 30 years ago. As much as I like vegetables, I'm doing great without eating them. You don't have to eat vegetables.

    @gwb8445, Please don't take this the wrong way__hopefully, you don't live to regret that choice. Every person I've personally known that swore off veggies had developed colon cancer and is no longer with us! If you insist on eating meat at the least eat cruciferous veggies as a compliment. Humans have 20 plus feet of intestines for a reason. Swearing off the very foods that 'roto rooter' your colon is a bad idea__due to the amount of time it takes for digestion to elimination, by the time meat products reach the end of the colon that meat has putrified in your guts. And if you make it a lifestyle, well, look it up__not a good prognosis! Carnivore diet for humans is a fad/trend__not necessarily a choice for health and longevity. Take care. 🙏😇✨💫🌱🌿🌻🐝🌳🌎💖🙌😺

    When I was young my mom had a "Fry Daddy" and would fry something for dinner every night in the same oil over and over again. She probably switched the oil every couple of weeks, which was common during that time. I also think fast food resturants re-use the same oil to cook. No wonder my mom has dementia now, I've had a weight problem most my life and my child has autism. I think these diety myths had some serious long term consequences.

    @michelesnoopy, You can do it if you prepare ahead. I started eating better first, then, was drinking the detox tea from DOC OF DETOX for maybe a couple of weeks before I did my first full on fast, only drinking water. My idea was to cleanse my system to improve my health and well-being. So, I decided to do a 2 day fast, from Thurs. night to Sat. evening, after eating light from the beginning of the week. Well, when I made it to Sat. I thought, let's see if I can do one more day__which I did! Each day I said the same thing until I got to Tues. night, at which time I decided to break the fast Wed. morning cuz I started to feel low on energy. So, for my first fast, I was able to go 5 days before I felt the need to refuel, if you will! So, you can do it if you commit__even if like I did, one day at a time. But you definitely need to omit animal products to start__no meat or dairy. 😛 Hope you'll try it__you WILL feel the difference! Remember, the first day or two of any new process is the most challenging__however, if you keep moving forward it surely improves as you go! 💖🙌😺

    Depending on who he’s aiming this at, he’s talking utter and complete nonsense. Europeans ( and particularly N Europeans) have a genetic mutation that enables them to consume as much milk as they wish, it’s as harmless to them as water. Much of the third world and Asians in particular do not share this genetic mutation. If he’s referring to them, it makes sense but if he’s referring to N Europeans he’s talking nonsense. There are of course mutant a anomalies in any statistical sample of size, so is it possible to find people of N European descent who have further mutated to become lactose intolerant , yeah, sure it is but you’ve probably got a better chance of coming across hen’s teeth in your daily life.

    Dairy is physiologically addictive because of the casein, which is what keeps calves coming back to their mama for milk! Cheese is particularly addictive because it’s a highly concentrated form of dairy. None of us need the milk of any mammal after we are weaned from our own mother’s milk. And if we do have it, it should be raw and non heat processed. Pasteurization became needed due to the rise of factory farming which is horrific in every respect. Look for a video called Dairy is Scary….lots of interesting facts. It may be found on Rumble (?) if not on KZread…industry $$ keep a lot of info censored!

    Google the carnivore diet. Please watch a few videos and most importantly read the comments from people who have had success on it...especially healing depression, anxiety, fibromyalgia, arthritis pain and losing tons of weight among other health issues. I want to try it for the weight loss and knee pain. Jordan Peterson, his wife and daughter have all experienced dramatic health from going carnivore mainly depression and autoimmune problems. Dr. Chris Palmer from Harvard Medical...he wrote the book Brain Energy which I'm interested in reading...advocates the keto diet to his patients. He has had patients with schizophrenia who's symptoms have gone away following extremely low carb. Also, helping people with depression and fibromyalgia. It appears having your body run on ketones seems to help a myriad of health problems. Best of luck finding what works for you. ❤

    Considering only 30% of the world (mostly northern European & Irish decent) population has the gene that makes it possible to digest milk, I can understand the blanket statement on milk. Most people don't know that they are lactose intolerant.

    @debracisneroshhp2827

    @stacybender4414, Actually, it's not the lactose(sugar) it's the protein that is difficult to digest because many are lacking the intestinal enzymes that break it down. Lactaid, etc. didn't work in my case. But when I consumed goat milk/cheese I did not experience those symptoms because with goat, even better, sheep milk and cheeses the protein is 'pre-digested'. That's why if someone tells me they experience migraines, tight muscles, or intestinal gas on a regular basis, and if I notice they have dark circles under their eyes I suggest they stop consuming dairy products for about 1-2 weeks__can be an eye opener! 💖🙌😺
