You don't need to worry about doing that type of stuff for the bottom of the hair. What you could do instead is just make some chunks of hair using shapes and add a few small details. For example: if you want a character with a straight bottom of hair like it was just cut that morning and this person's hair is perfectly even, just draw a straight line from one end to the next, then make a few small triangles here and there on that line to show where you want little breaks in the hair. If you want your character to have more flowy, fantasy like hair that tapers down, you can make one long cone shape and a few small cones to show where the chunks of hair are. You then just add some detail to show "hey this line shows a large chunk of hair, and these two lines are smaller hair strands in the chunk" to give it that feeling of volume. If you want a better explanation on hair, I recommend Lavender Towne's video on hair. I hope that helps a bit!

It depends on your style, I do random lines and then go over them a little roughly because it fits. If I did that, it would look out of place.

U just draw a circle then a line starting from the top of circle going down. From there draw two lines on each side of circle then connect those lines to the first line. After erase the guide lines and there u go. Ik there r tutorials for that

I think you should always draw the big shape of the hair first before going into details. Your details might end up being covered in the end.

This might work on some other styles, but not all but it’s a nice trick.

you taught me better then my art teacher

to draw hair you have to understand how it takes shape on the head and have an idea of what types of hair fall differently then its a matter picking a lick direction and adding strand shadows to give texture
