I have 3a/3b natural curls and I only found out about it last summer. I've always been air drying my hair beforehand and only used a shampoo. I've learned from my mistakes, my hair is properly maintained and hydrated now :)

2:30 unfortunately for me , my scalp is dry and itchy due to clironomic reasons. I wash my hair with sampoo once in 4 days (with warm water and sometimes after that I wet them with cold water ), because I can not handle the itchiness and the fricking small white flakes on my scalp!

You probably need clarifying shampoo, which have sulfates. If you have wavy or curly hair, I can recommend a good product that’s cheap.

It's not true at all. How tall you will be depends on your genetics and has nothing to do with going to the gym. In fact, if you work out regularly and eat a nutritious diet, it might even help increase your height.
