    A lot of athletes have used meditation and mindfulness to get into the zone. Even Jordan and Kobe used meditation a lot. I try to use a workbook called 30 Days to Reduce Anxiety by Harper Daniels for anxiety relief, and reading the Tao Te Ching is cool too.
