I have the Mansfield 5121 toilet. This flapper fixed my leaking toilet. It replaced the Mansfield 630-0207 flapper. To optimize the performance, I set the dial to 10. The dial was set to 8 but only flushed half the water from the tank. This is a quality product. FYI: In this video step two which starts around the 16 second mark, the 513A flapper is referred to as the Fluidmaster 5403 flapper. This had me confused. The packaging has 513A--016. Looking at the actual flapper, 5403 is stamped into the rubber. Other than that, Thanks for this video. I doubt I would have been able to quickly figure out how to use the attachments to fit the flapper onto my Mansfield toilet

The extra pieces are there so you can connect our flapper to the different type of connection points that are used by different manufacturers on the flush valve. Mansfield, for example, uses a nonstandard mounting pin for the connection point of the flapper to the flush valve.
