Jay King Because now days so many carry a siyo tanka(whistle) and don't know how significant it is to carry one. More needs to be taught on when a whistle is blowing now days to the younger and even other tribes.

Cause that’s how it was for certain whistle societies/tribes that carrried the whistle. Just the whistle carrier(carriers) and the the drum.

RIP Kenny Merrick. I remember when you and Stoney Park electrified the first Schemitzun in Hartford, CT. A time I will never forget. Your leads will always be remembered.

I might be mistaken but one of the whistles was blown by Tim Eashappie sr, and I think one of the others was Jonathan windy boy. From what I could tell anyway. Recoded not recorded. It was something beautiful to behold regardless. I wish no Ill will on man who recorded this things are rare these days one commenter even eluded to that. Rock on stony park, and live well natives. Love one another, be kind to one another, help one another.

Tim Eashappie, Jonathan windy boy also blew whistles, if im not mistaken that is the wolf man himself Kevin heywahey (sp.). Stony park crafted a song in his honor wolf man.

This NEVER shouldve been recorded! When a whistle is blown all recordings of any type need to be stopped!!! I love stoney creek and grew up dancing to them but this is something that shouldve never been posted let alone recorded in the first place!! Out of respect for the whistle blower and his prayers and reasons for blowing the whistle this video needs to be taken down asap!
