This was when his screams were changing into the screams he used in Slipknot Subliminal Verses and on Stone Sours Come Whatever May album. The Iowa tour fucked up his grungy high pitched screaming... now days his voice is really low and grungy. So its all good.

It took me a long time to see Slipknot. I love metal and my girlfriend who doesn’t like metal bought me tickets to see Slipknot at RedRocks. She loved it and said it was like a scary movie! Wonderful show.

He had to change his technique or it would have done some permanent damage to his vocals and i personally wouldn't want that for him... Im glad he changed it

I liked it during the start of the stone sour tour when Corey had his hair dyed black

I consider this song the best of Stone Sour. I just can't fuckin stop to listenin it , it's always in my car, in my headphones, in my head... And i think this LIVE is more KICK ASS then album version.

beautiful. awesome music. it goes straight right into ur senses.

Even though this concert is awesome and his voice is good I can tell this is when his alcohol addiction started to affect his voice. Which is why he had that scream for the subliminal versus album with slipknot. I’m glad he stopped drinking so his scream could get better, I mean also he would have been dead by now if he didn’t stop.

Hell yeah. Both of them are very amazing underrated musicians.

Stonesour is one of the best bands to see live.. Especially indoors where the sound doesnt escape the concert

Man, Corey sounds nothing like he does on the albums. Doesn't really seem like he's trying to sound like the album. Still, he more than makes up for it with the energy of his performances, and how nice he is to his fans.

Stone Sour is not Corey's side project its his original band before he came to Slipknot and he's really good at both!!

Saw the dude in 2002 in the house of blues with power man 5000 right when they were getting started he still had his Iowa screams it sounded just like the album it was epic this is a little different more like vol 3 he probably put the jack Daniel’s down at this time

no, SlipKnot 1998-2002 , Stone Sour - 2003 (right then after IOWA he screwed up his vocal chords, you can even hear that he cant scream the way he screams on the album) , 2004-2006 with SlipKnot , 2006-2007 Stone Sour and now SlipKnot 2008-2009 .

It was his original band yes you are correct but when he joined Slipknot, stone sour became less of a focus for him. Slipknot became his main focus and Stone Sour was from then on considered a side project. Just because it was his first real band, Slipknot was his first major success and IS Corey's main band.
