गुरु जी सर्वप्रथम चरण वंदना। कोटि-कोटि प्रणाम 🙏🙏 । गुरु जी आपने आयुर्वेद की painkiller शूलवर्जिनि वटी के बारे बताया कि इससे गुर्दे की सूजन, bladder की सूजन और पथरी के दर्द में आराम मिलता है और पथरी patients शूलवर्जिनि वटी की एक एक,दो दो गोली सुबह-शाम ले सकते हैं गुनगुने पानी के साथ, परंतु हमें यह clear नहीं हुआ कि शूलवर्जिनि वटी का सेवन भोजन से पूर्व करना है या भोजन के पश्चात?????

I have two stones in my kidney detected more than 6 years ago. Sizes are 13 mm and 11 mm. It was painful one day during that time but since then for more than six years, I didn’t have any problem. I have not even checked if is removed or still there. Do anybody think my stones have grown even bigger ?

Wo isliye banti hai bcz kam pani pina se dehydration hone se or jada oxlate food, namak, sugar, sigratte chai coffe dairy product khane se banti hai. me bhi is problem ko jhel raha hu.
