गुरुजी आप ने सही कहा मेने वीडियो देख कर ऐसा किया था लेकिन मेरा पेट बहुत ही खराब हो गया और वजन घट कर मरने के कगार पर आ गया था लेकिन भगवान ने बचा लिए। लेकिन यह सब पहले पता होता तो मुझे ऐसा दिन देखने को नही मिलता।

I completely agree with this. I am example for topic explained by Guruji. I am having vat dosha for almost 3 years. During that I was consuming lot of raw food that causes weight reduction drastically

जिसको कच्चा खाने से समस्या है वो स्टीम कर सकते हैं ये भी बताया गया है.. एक दुसरों की टांग न खींचे..साथ रहो तभी आयुर्वेदिक चिकित्सा पद्धति आगे बढ़ेगी..हमेशा कच्चा नहीं खाना प्लेट 1 और प्लेट 2 खाने को बोला है..

Actually, our BHAGAVADA GITA says to eat only cooked food. And underground vegetables not exposed to sunlight contain bacteria. That is why Jains also don't eat carrots potatoes and other vegetables

Absolutely correct guruji. I am the one who cannot digest raw vegetables and amla also makes cold and cough when consume raw and boiled amla soaked in honey is very good for allergic cold cough and indigestion.

I can totally relate to it. “Balance” is the key. I am assuming you are referring to Sadhguru here. I agree with you Nitya Ji. One needs to understand their dosha and eat accordingly. That’s why the wisdom in Ayurveda is life long. As at the core of it advocates Balance and no one diet. Thanks again for sharing your wisdom.

Aur kuch log kehte hain ki hume fat kam se kam khana chahiye agar heart ko thik rakhna hai
जो भोजन परमात्मा ने हमे जिस स्वरूप में दिया है हमे उसे उसी स्वरूप में खाना चाहिए, मगर हमे पके भोजन की आदत है उसके लिए हम उस पक्ष में तर्क देते है अगर अनाज को हम उसके मूल रूप में नहीं खा सकते है तो समझना चाहिए कि अनाज मनुष्य के लिए बना नहीं है वह पंछियों के लिए कुदरत ने बनाया है 😌
