Margie Cattouse Its barely in New Jersey and alpine is not really new jersey society wise. I live there and its a small, conservative town where everyone has new york liscense plates.😊

Nobody wants to pay half $1 million a year in property taxes. That’s the problem. He should’ve built it on land so they could at least get a farm assessment to cut the taxes.
