Now that customer service. Most shop assistants in London need to take a leaf out of this girls book. I would rather go to Amsterdam to buy my gear than in London. Great video 👍🏻👍🏻

Really ruins the experience when you get rubbish service 😢
A lot of inner london stores, staff know nothing and are extremely moody with every customer. no names but theres one specific one that comes into mind. Outside london theyre nice and know what theyre doing, no stuck up nonsense.

I went to Amsterdam and straight to this SI shop and met her and truuueee she was really an expertttt yet really patient. I love her already.

The way she says "stellina" and the general accent make me suspect she is Italian. Super professional and kind.
