Stone Age adventures with Will Lord

On this leg of my adventure I visit a few places that I was in danger of missing and they are awesome, then I cap it off with a visit to Stone Henge as it stands today with it's new visitor centre.

I never thought of Silbury Hill being white; it must have looked absolutely stunning, especially when caught in the sun. Those builders were making a massive statement! Thanks Will!

Very interesting to see construction methods used on living quarters. The simplest and easiest of shapes to build. Also, I didn't expect to see and straight lines on stones but there they were. Thanks Will, a long ride but well worth the effort.

Ive got some great black and white photos of my Parents, Sister and i, at Stonehenge, from the 1960's when you could get up close, even climb on the fallen stones, MADNESS really, thankfully, this Monument is protected now, always a good Vid from Will, so interesting

Ah Stonehenge. My son, 5 years old at the time, was scolded by a humorless matron in an official looking cap and vest for touching one of the stones.

I've always wondered how warm the round houses are. I've been in a cosy reconstructed viking house in Iceland which is as warm as toast!

We get to live in such an ancient land here in Great Britain. With footprints going back 800,000 years i wonder how long humankind have been here. All the best to you Will 🙏

Sweet Trike Will. Makes me miss my 99 1600 Yamaha Roadstar. It had custom blue flame and skull airbrush paint. I've posted it on here. I love bikes and old c10 chevy trucks. And Flintknapping 🤣😎🏁🏹🤘

Nice vid. Check the settings on the image stabilisation on your camera. I'm pretty sure that is what is making the pan shots a bit juddery. Looking forward to finding out where you will pop up next!
