When i first saw the title and the thumb nail i had a burst of wind flow through my body as for when the video started i had the smell of dusty music room carpet and the smell of popcorn fill my nose as I remembered my old man music teacher kick his feet up on his desk and play this on a old vcr system and a box tv. I'm glad i found this video.

I remember in 4th grade when my music teacher was telling us that we don't need fancy instruments to make beautiful music, then she played this.. I didn't really think about it then, but as a music nerd now, it is just, wow. *soft chuckle* I can still smell all the different oils, waxes, and new instruments💖🎼

One of the few acts that contain melody, not just a beat! So cool!

Incredible talent… truly amazing performance. To possess the ability to make an entire performance using rudimentary ‘instruments’ that is entertaining, amusing and breathtaking … that is real talent. Well done !!

I saw Stomp in NYC many years ago on a class trip while in college at PACE UNIVERSITY here in NY. it was AWESOME, such an unforgettable night and show. Thank You for posting this content here on YT so i can experience Stomp again. Blue Man Group was another wildly popular production at the time but i missed out on buying tickets to see it live, so i will def. be checking it on either on here or on DVD. thanks again. muchas gracias.

Loved this show so much would go back again each time they come to NZ

There first public showing was in Marin County,California. They were invited to play by Industrial Light and Magic (George Lucas) and the entire company was present, myself included. This stage set-up looks the same as I remember. We all stood up and with a warm and proud company yell, we welcomed all of them to a very successful future. The rest is HISTORY, THANK YOU ALL.

I saw the original Stomp in London’s Tunnel Club in the 1970’s. Astonishing then, and still absolutely brilliant!

LOL little dude was like, "I'll just bop myself in the head, I think that would be a little less painful than the big dude's fist..."

Wow! I just discovered this. It is really amazing. I love it!!!

Saw this in Brighton, where it all started. Still one of the best ever live shows ever.

the man with the tatoos is so funny and he really preformed his character so good that's why without saying any thing or just when people saw him they start to laugh

I thought the little brooms and hosepipes Bart with just janitors happy with their job until I realized they’re the same people as the performers.

I remember seeing these guys live. Fantastic show.
