Is it difficult to get the baby in/out of the infant seat? Are some infants too large for the infant seat?

I wish these were taller to fit counter-height dining tables.

Can you use a strap with just the chair configuration?

Really helpful video, we think we’ll get this chair with the newborn set. Are the feet stabilisers I see in your video part of the newborn set or where do we find those?

I always hated how other high chairs forced your baby to face away from you so you could never sit in front of them and connect with them. I feared my kid would start to forget how I looked. So glad this family bonding chair came through which allowed me to see my kid in a front facing way. Saved our family!

Hi, I’m looking for a chair for a toddler to use, can you recommend some for me to look at? Thanks!

I've read that the updates they made in 2019 were not received well and that the crotch strap is no adjustable. Do you find any issues with this newer baby set and harness configuration? I have read many reviews that it is difficult to use or even difficult to get baby in and out of the 6mos+ plastic seat.

The changes were due to changes in US safety laws, but we continue to have very positive feedback on this chair and haven't heard these issues since the update. I

I’m ready to remove the baby set and allow my toddler to sit without it. However I can’t figure out how to remove the harness from the baby set and attach to the chair? I’d still like to be able to buckle her in...is that possible?

Hi I would love to know the same thing. My toddler really doesn’t like the babyset anymore. Are we able to use the charmer with the buckles without the baby set?

Hello! @ 1:48 the middle chair seems to wobble when you touched it. This seem concerning, is it due to an uneven floor or is it not assembled tightly?

Is it difficult to get a baby in/out of the high chair? The tray seems a bit of a struggle - does it have to be removed to get the baby out or can you just wipe it down after use?

You can just wipe it down! It isn't difficult to get off, but it does require a little practice

Doesn’t look like it works with a high table, right?

Hi Eli, Can I remove the strap from the baby set. My baby doen't like the baby set anymore, but I still want to use the straps. I see some pictures that have only the strap with the chair frame. But I can't dismantle the crotch strap from the baby set.

Can this chair be used at a counter height table? Looking for a comfortable chair for my 3.5 yr old but we only have a counter island we eat on.

Unfortunately the Tripp Trapp was designed for use at a standard table, so it is not suitable for counter height tables.

My toddler is 40 pounds, turns three in 4 months, but I came here because I still need a high chair. Is the toddler set worth it or will she be too big too soon?

Whats the difference between the oak and the beech. Which one is better?

The oak is a harder wood, so theoretically it may last longer. That said, we have tons of decade old (and older!) Tripp Trapps in our office that adults are still using regularly! So I wouldn't worry much about that and just treat it as aesthetic. The Oak has a particular wood grain that many like.
