People from other countries where that is the norm, people living on benefits in houses for free who do not apreciate what they have. They have no allegiance or pride in England

The problem the UK has is that we have a sizable feral underclass. Politicians definitely aren't blameless, but you can only help people so much. Some people are literally just unable to look after their basic needs.

Have been watching a series of audits about Stoke, and the issues I have witnessed here are not that dissimilar from the issues in the County where i live!! This type of filth is "obviously unacceptable" but not much can be done unless people start acting "more responsibily"!! Councils need to consider new initiatives as well I think!!

If the council were not so expensive for waste. If folks had a bit of pride.

17 different recycling bins, and the rubbish collected once a month doesn't help.

That looks like someone fly-tipping aswell as residential rubbish. Never really had the pleasure of the smell of weed, what does it smell like. Does it have a sweet scent to it or is it something different, i know the nice smell of hops but thats just about it.
