It resonated, because 7 years ago I stopped watching all television and movies, and hit the weights. I saw all the anti-white, communist brainwashing the left was pushing, and decided I didn't want anything to do with it. No manipulation here. 💪😎🇺🇸

Unfortunately I must disagree with this. My brother was beaten into a coma and has brain damage, I fought them off and saved his life, suffering from ptsd ever since while I take care of him for the rest of our days. I can control my thoughts and actions, but he has been so damaged he cannot. So unfortunately this quote is not entirely true, you can most definitely be robbed of your mind, stoicism is for those who "can" use the power of their brain, but there are those who simply can't.

You people are like domestic dogs, you need some sort of 'cult-like movement' to think for you, and then when you feel 'powerless' because you can't think for yourself and are being spoon-fed information like a newborn, and won't question any of it, you need another 'quote' from the same source so that you can feel better again. Totally dependent on the cult. It's funny how the masses work. Stoicism is now the 'hype' so the sheeple follows.

Thanks again, we're listening . Fear is the mind killer.
I had one day that changed my whole life. I got sooo angry of my current situation at that time because I was homeless, broke, worked the graveyard shift (8pm-9am sometimes longer) at a Kwik Stop, one of the most dangerous hoods in Miami and had to literally lock the doors at night or buzz people in because people would get shot dead 2 blocks down the road. I would hear the gunshots and freak out. The cops would come in and tell me to lock the convenient store because it was the only thing open at that time (2-3 am). I left home (Marrakesh) for a better life only to find myself in the trenches and a walking zombie after surviving the Boston Bombing Marathon, the second bomb was literally a few feet away, I smelled the smoke, I felt the shake, I saw the blood, I was 18. I’ve been walking this earth for years looking for a way out. My mind was full of mental disorders, my body would get 5 panic attacks a day from irrational fear and PTSD, but I never let that stop me from actually reading and studying my pain, going through it and healing it (I even got certified in CBT - Therapy). Life has its ways and let me tell you, I have never been so happy to learn what I have learned and meet the people I got to meet in this group. I was inspired to even start my own KZread channel and called it my first name and first letters of my last name Mehdi Tate pronounced like meditate :) and help others who were down in the trenches and stuck in a system designed to break them. So from the bottom of my heart, please keep going… 💜

As much as that part could mean what you think, I interpreted it as you are exactly where you need to be because life is so unpredictable that you have almost no control of what is going to happen/happening. Being here doesn't mean you won't ever get there. So all you have to do is either wait for things to change or start working towards that change. I hope this removes that shame you felt;)
Incredible video thank you so much for this💯🔥

As amazing as ever 😊
What happened to your other videos on stoicism? The one on adversity, the ones with Marcus Aurelius (parts 1 and 2), Seneca, and Epictetus, and the other one? The one from Lao Tzu is missing too. Same goes for Aristotle and Socrates. I used to listen to those almost daily back in 2020 and still would occasionally tune back in to them. Hopefully they reemerge.
Want more new from this voice. ❤️❤️❤️
Thank You to motivate me more and more cheers..
