A tip when hammering the tank, its good practice to put a rag or part of an old quilt on the tank before you hammer. It will prevent from the metal hammer from tearing the tank. TAKE YOUR TIME.

3 easy steps right here: WEAR YOUR GEAR!!!!!!!!!, find an empty parking lot/ loading dock, let it rip and have fun! You’ll drop your bike a few times, don’t let it discourage you, the cage will save your bike of any damage 99% of those falls. Just keep trying.

Love re watching this build all in one video man! im currently building x2 04 636's, one for street stunts and one raw dog naked lot bike and the one of the only things I dont think youve really went in depth with is the handbrake setup. Ive got the master and the steel lines, but would love to hear about what types of bikes I could salvage calibers or discs from. Other than that, would love some tips on building a rad cage and using r6 fans. Super motivating to watch you build and ride though man, everytime I open youtube and see you posted a video, its the first thing I click

I would recommend for the gas tank "mod" to drain the tank and even take it off and remove the pump assembly before beating on it. You may find crud that is left in the tank stuck to the sides has fallen off and no clogged your pump and filter. Of course all depends on the bike and previous owners care of said bike, but it provides nice piece of mind to know your tank is nice and clean. Also dont have to worry about the pressure buildup of reducing the internal volume while gasoline is inside it.

Hey Brian, love the vid bro. I'm been watching your videos forever seems like and im wanting to build a stunt bike, only problem I'm having is that I cannot find an 03 or 04 636 in my area, in one of your videos with Max wrist gold I remember you saying that you liked the 03 to 04 636's cause you didn't need to modify the oil intake line to do wheelies, just wondering if and when you would ever do a stunt bike giveaway or to purchase one, thanks and keep the video coming

Some people glue some weather stripping on the cut edge of your windscreen to make it look cleaner too👍

Could you connect the kill switch cable to a hidden kill switch? & use the red kill switch button as a “ Temperature Gauge” ? Good mod?

26:40 To prevent bubbles and what not, yes, Also. IF you took a heat gun, or even a hair blow dryer borrowed from your girl, and heated it up a bit while forming it, it will help it take shape. Another tip is to cut a smaller circle in the center where your gas cap is, that way you can help center it and help bubbles escape better. Then you can of course trim the extra after you have it placed, as usual.

Love the videos!! Do you ever pin the kill switch so that it cannot be engaged during highway highchair?? I usually drill a hole and put a k clip thru to stop it from being able to kill the engine

If someone has welding skills, will it work to cut the top of the tank where you want it and simply flip the cut piece over?

Love the vids bro keep it up. Quick question, any thoughts on the 905 racing stunt stay? I got one, and the damn bars keep hitting it. Seems like it’s for a bike with stock bars? I’m running convertibars. Will I have to cut it so they don’t hit when they’re fully turned? Again, best stunt KZread channel, don’t tell dank 😆

Thanks for the video Brian ! Great and usefull content ! Been watching lots of your videos cause I'm hesitating on buying an 04 636 to build a stunt bike ! My biggest concern is about the strength of the stock aluminium frame and front fork... Do you NEED to upgrade to 05-06 636 fork and steel frame ? What's your advice ? Greetings from Europe - Switzerland !

i think for the flat tank mod id just cut it and weld something that the shape you want on top and import the undamaged tank cap onto that.
