Also you said you would integrate their 4 mozag development they can build when they're profitable if they reach 30$ Also if real value reaches EV, the market cap will go up as the debt is paid back Also you integrate all their costs in AISC as if these costs were too stay high forever but it's a developer they bought half these miners two years ago and are building/optimizing them and they claimed 1/5th of their costs were growth investment. so costs as we have seen this quarter might go down Thks for the review

Hi again, Why do you think, that the delta between Enterprise value and market cap is fully debt? Isnt it possible, that the market dont see the fair value of the company? (the proberties, the facilities, the reserves in the ground and so on...)?

The delta between ev and market cap is by definition net debt liability. We don't count the non-current assets because you can't sell them for cash easily. Yes, it's possible they can expand reserves but they still need to get it out of the ground.
Is buying a silver miners etf a safer way to play the miners which haven't followed the silver price upwards.

No. It will diversify your holdings, but it will also include bad overvalued companies.
