It's so obvious that things are not improving. I'm looking at high-yield dividend stocks. Selling 200k worth of equities is stupid without reinvesting it. I might turn to cash soon if I don't invest it. Any particulars? (Buying bonds or CDs is not for me)

There are a handful of experts in the field. I've experimented with a few over the past years, but I've stuck with ‘’AMBER KAY WRIGHT” for about five years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s quite known in her field, look her up.

Investing in alternative income streams that are independent of the government should be the top priority for everyone right now. especially given the global economic crisis we are currently experiencing. Stocks, gold, silver, and virtual currencies are still attractive investments at the moment.

I really like your podcast. Very informative but still I feel you should not close your hands when you are asking or listening the response from the guest. Because the guest is so involved in the discussion but from your side it looks like less involvement. It's just suggestions but you are really doing fab job. Your level of content quality is growing very well day by day. I am sure you wil be India's no 1 podcost host.

People dont understand that the prices of things are never going back down. This inflation is deeper than we think. Those buying groceries are well aware that the real inflation is much over 10%. The increments dont match our income, yet certain investors still earn over $365,000 in stocks and assets. Wish I could accomplish that.

good to hear him out ,he seems to be not into the market much other than indexes,unreal , seasoned investor who has seen bear n bull cycle would tell you, pick up stocks in a bear market pays off very well ,offcouse his views were for working people.

this was more of a promotion and rather being fruitful. In some places during the podcast he didn't want to confirm the sectors and Capex. But a good hint given. Whoever read this comment like it

You have done your homework. Your comments were like what every typical Indian of "that particular generation who stopped their kids from investment in stocks" does.!!!

Dividend yield of many good stocks in India is far better than the rental yield of properties even in metros like Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR. Also the liquidity is much higher in case of equity products (direct stocks, MF's) compared to Real Estate. Hence there is no better substitute other than equity in Indian Market. Even the worst performing long term equity MF has delivered a CAGR of more than 13% in the last 30 year period!

Good to have this type knowledgeable person rather than celebrities..

As populations continue to rise . Land will always increase in value. So invest in land acquisition. But as a guy in his 20s not possible always to invest in real estate. So better for him to compound with sips in stocks

Best approach to invest is buy index funds according to Thakkar
