Engineer ask ko lang if pwedeng mag dagdag ng stirrup kung 2 legged lang ang design sa plano for 12 pcs na 16mm for 40x40 column. Pwedeng gawin 4 legged stirrup po ito or safe na po yung 2 legged?

You mean number of sets of column ties? As far as I remember, vertical bars should be tied not more than 150mm apart. If you have 12 ver. bars for a sq 400x400mm sq column. I suggest use 3-sets. In other words, 1-400x400, 2-100x400, but of course its not an accurate dimension you have to deduct concrete cover.

Sir pano yung sa design, yung ma 1@50, 2@100, rest @ 200 o.c. Since max shear natin is malapit sa face ng support, pero pano po yun kasi ang lumalabas lang sa staad is constant na 12-10mm o.c. Lahat lahat na.

Check mo yung rebar assignment sa staad dapat secondary grade lang for stirrup

@@jsdesign_engineeringtv3633pag na change ko na po yun. Mag auto spacing na sya ng 1@50 4@100 the rest 150 ganun po? Kasi isang spacing lang all throughout ang I binibigay nya sa design

650kg/m (100thk), 970kg/m (150thk), For a height of 2.70m. I hope that helps
