Beta Stirling engine with the crank moved sideways and lower position from usually above the cylinder.
Made from various cans, metal wire, paperclip, umbrella fabric, steel wool, tie wrap. Assembled with solder.
Barely running.

Very impressive. I'm fortunate to have my own workshop with a lathe and milling machine and I've made a steam engine, but your ingenuity inspires me to try much harder!!
