Stir Fried Crab Cambodian Cooking - Simple Step By Step
I will show you step by step on how to cook this delicious stir fried crab.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 pound crab
2 spoon of crab paste with bean in oil
1 spoonful turmeric powder.
1 tbs sugar
1 tbs chicken powder
1 tbs black peppers
1 tbc fish sauce
1 clover garlic
2 stems green onion
1 jalapeño
1 tbs corn starch mixed with 1/2 cup of water
1 cup water
