You guys are very very lucky. I was born after WCW ended. My first experience with him was his 2014 debut. I had no idea who he was but what I did know was that this was a legend from another age. Similar to Undertaker, I was scared and in awe at him at the same time. Since then, I have loved Sting and will continue to do so

Sting and Ultimate Warrior started out together. Sting had great matches with Flair and the Great Muta and many others.

Undertaker started out as Mean Mark in WCW but came the Undertaker in WWF if my memory is correct

Sting was my childhood and teenage years. Hearing him walk out to this theme made me cry. Call it nostalgia or whatever but he always brought the emotions out during his crow era

Imagine if they did play the WCW theme. Probably would've been the best crowd pop in history

AEW can't use this theme obviously as WWE has the rights to this old WCW classic, HOWEVER, they should immediately get on the phone to METALLICA and get the license to use Seek And Destroy!! Would be sooo worth the cost and the Khans can afford it anyway lol. Hell see if they can talk Metallica in to performing it live on Dynamite! How epic would that be?

Eagerly awaiting an upload of this to YT. Watch Dynamite all the time but don't buy PPVs these days so haven't seen it. In the meantime, here is Metallica's live performance at Woodstock 99 of Seek and Destroy, which is the exact version Sting used in WCW. Schiavone is very passionate during his commentary. he remembers all too well when McMahon put Tony out of a job. You can tell by Schiavone's voice breaking.

Jim Ross dont use a script , hes said it in an interview , thats why hes the best ring announcer hes one of the only ones who dont use one & if u actually watched interviews u would know AEW dont use scripts every promo is what the wrestler is thinking at the time 🤞💯
