If you can master stillness you can master just about anything. It's the hardest thing.

Perfect timing. We need calm and stillness right now in mind, body, and spirit. There are many ways to achieve this. Active meditation, passive meditation, writing, movement, art...anything to achieve flow or complete immersion. Thank you for this! 💪🙏🧘‍♀️ #stepinside #stress #abundance #stillness

I've read this one and found it an easy, but valuable read. I highly recommend this book along with Ryan Holiday's other books - The Obstacle Is The Way and Ego Is The Enemy. All great reads.

Ryan Holiday’s perspective on life seems to be really good for helping you take one step back two steps forward. We focus so much on more more more, better faster stronger. But sometimes it is better long term to keep your perspective in the right place and grow in a less stressful way. I feel like I could have said that better, but his message is something I needed to hear each time.

I like this channel. It teaches things necessary to deal with humanity( matrix prison mindsets). Meditating( being still) is the answer and it helps with mind chatter, bipolar issues, depression, anxiety, libido, all health issues etc... Nothings more powerful than our minds.

This is great, thanks. Love your summaries, clear, great visuals, easy to digest the core nuggets from the books - fab! Tech question: when you yourself are doing your repetitive activities like running, do you do that in silence, or are you listening to stuff? (With the driving range I'm assuming you don't listen to anything?)

Equating productivity with 100% Bandwidth blocked is why most companies face challenges. Employees should never be squeezed out more than humanely possible. Being a hustler is being foolish. There are some jobs that only require execution, but even execution can be bettered by ideas that won't come when mind is busy executing. Worse, when managers tell an overworked team to think out of the box, whom are they kidding. Mental space for innovation and ideas is not a prerogative of only the top exec, it is a responsibility and right of every1 down the co. Till the very bottom. Only the one working the machines in factory will work and find an alternative shorter way of doing the job better instead of seldom major transformations forced top down

I really liked the message of the book and I think stillness is a lost virtue today. However, bringing stillness up to corporate leadership is a career suicide in many companies.
