So that I can make these videos available, I need to state that you must take responsibility for your own well-being if you choose to tap along. While I'm confident that tapping along with this video can provide great benefits, I make no claims as to what, if any, benefits you will receive. While EFT has yielded impressive results in treating physical and psychological issues, not everyone will benefit in the same way. I am not a doctor, and the information presented here is not intended to replace appropriate treatment by a physician or mental health professional. EFT is still in the experimental stage and, while a growing number of PhD's and MD's are adopting it, we cannot claim that it is risk-free. I am unaware of anyone experiencing negative side effects from using these videos, but different people require different care, and depending on a number of variables, it is possible you could uncover deeper issues within the process that this video is not able to address. It is recommended that you consult a qualified health practitioner prior to using this technique.
That being said, I hope you will enjoy this video and find it beneficial, and that you will share it with others.
This is certainly not intended to be a comprehensive handling of the subject -- I can only cover so much in 5-10 minutes...! I'm also not working with you personally to address specific individual issues. Hopefully, though, it will help you address the issue enough that you can experience greater freedom to live the life you really desire and deserve. For further support, I encourage you to check out the other offerings available from myself and other EFT practitioners, including workshops and private sessions. For more information about tapping, as well as a ton of great resources to help you live your best life possible, please visit: www.tapwithbrad.com
This is only my way of using the process, rather than what might be called official EFT.

    This was awesome and resonated greatly. I feel like my whole life has been a series of scenarios where I let myself down sooo many times. I've frequently backed away from "doing the work" to push through and achieve goals, whatever they were. Realizing at 63, that I've quite possibly been an un-diagnosed ADHD person for years. And even now, I'm struggling to "finish" and complete things. I had a moment during this video when I think the idea of completing goals... just means there will be another goal I have to deal with... like it never stops? And maybe the next goal will be more difficult? Gotta sit with it some more. Thank you.

    You know what Brad, I got that signature too, and I'm trying to figure it out and I came up with this idea today about that saying " Out in Left Field" and I always thought it meant baseball or perhaps coming out of nowhere but perhaps there is an energetic and kinesthetic association to the cognitive process and the idea and image in the perception that indeed feels like it is in the left field of human development with a fantasy detachment or an image reinforcement that feels as if it is in the left field of the bilogical sensation and outside projection and it goes out in " Left Field." How to stay learn to stay in alignment in success and that is and easy thing you can do in one night. Perhaps that " Left Field" thing comes from people with strong fixations of an idea as a future orientation that leads them towards a driver and a motivator and yet when you arrive the image that brings you to that place is gone as well and now you don't have that momentum anymore.

    Hi Brad! Can you give me some tips on how to think while tapping? How do I "process" the words you are saying in my mind? Do I try to start believing them or do I simply repeat after you?

  • @tapwithbrad

    @tapwithbrad

    15 күн бұрын

    You can simply repeat the words and time in as much as you can - it don’t worry about it. Even if your mind drifts while tapping, you will still benefit from the process. And you will be lowering resistance, such that you may well find it easier to tune in more fully the next time.
