Sticky Chinese Five Spice Chicken 五香鸡
Sticky Chinese Five Spice Chicken glazed in Honey and Soy Sauce. Very easy and quick chicken recipe that's served perfectly with white rice and some Bok Choy or vegetables of your choice. Ready in 15-20 minutes.
Marinade Chicken:
Chicken Thighs (must have skin on)
Crushed Garlic
Salt and Pepper
Chinese Five Spice
Honey
Dark Soy
Oyster Sauce
Hoisin Sauce
Glaze:
Dark Soy
Honey
Marinade your chicken for at least 2 hours, cook in oven at 250 Degrees Celsius for 15 minutes, Glaze the Chicken and cook for a further 3-5 minutes.

Looks fantastic.. I would never think to make a char sui type sauce with chicken..Definitely going to try this..

What gas mark and how long

220C for 15 minutes, remove and baste, another 5 to 8 minutes
