i dont use necks at my animations that are 2d.. but should i use it if i gonna use a 3d frame?

And to make barrage faster with out using multiple pack use tweening mode on and 15 - 20 fps if you want no tween then turn your fps 30 - 45 you can untween a frame if you want too.
