I'm not a fan of any multicolored lights. I'm more pick a color and stick with it. I wouldn't say it looks like crap, I'd pick a neutral off white for the kitchen. It would be good at night instead of turning on the overhead light.

Great idea. I would prefer a soft off white glow.

Disco/Club kitchen tho??? I was waiting for Elton John to pop out of the cabinet. Maybe something softer, those lights were not fitting for the kitchen.
