I live in the U.S.A. and I find some of these homes in South Africa to be very beautiful & spacious One can really get more house space wise & even money compared to some homes here in America Some prices I see from the videos I watch would cost $1M or more over here I look forward to coming to SA very soon🙂

@IeldudeI I'm not saying I live in America like it's a privilege I never said that I'm only saying that the homes here (especially in Florida California and some other expensive states) would cost way more than these homes I'm seeing in South Africa and the homes in South Africa are way larger for the price tan some of the states here in America where they would cost Millions

Hi. I don’t any specific company. From What I heard is that people get the company of their choice, but they have to follow the Estate’s architectural and construction guidelines. You can read through: www.kentgush.co.za/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/SC-residential-guidelines.pdf

Fourways consists of a number of suburbs, Dainfern is one of them. Fourways itself is under Sandton.

This place I hear is over priced and they have adapted the UK style of leasehold which is an utter joke 🤣

Architects are becoming more lazy these days. These houses are horribly not well designed and just cement and glass. From match boxes to boxed 📦 warehouse looking living space. Im not a fan of American designed houses but these days I find myself appreciating their North Carolina and Texas mansions. Are South African bethtwitched?...who in their right mind spend millions on these cement square slabs?

We don't have the same taste, those American-style homes look too outdated, and people won't buy them here. North Carolina and Texas homes look nice, but modernism is key in South Africa. The California/Florida-style homes are more aligned with the local taste/style.

Both California's and Florida's houses are a melting pot of different designs, exactly what I'm saying, they have designed roofs, different window designs, arch type etc, well dressed exteriors like moldings etc. Which American designs look outdated in particular since it looks like you like North Carolina houses, CALIFORNIA and Florida? Your style is Steyn city, you like it, it doesn't mean every South African like it. In particular here, we're not talking about general SA, the discussion is on Steyn City, prices paid and their warehouse designs or houses looking like office blocks. Learn to follow through before commenting. Anyway thanks for pointing CALIFORNIA and Florida houses, at least they're Designed.
