    @@pelomk9022 it's going to be difficult because a lot of tourist attractions are hiring foreigners from hotels, game reserve, tour guides, shuttles, restaurants, travel agents. Zimbabweans are dominating the tourist space.

    Basically,Steyn City is a Gated City within the City called Johannesburg!It's one of the expensive gated communites with it's high tech security in South Africa.

    There are other estates (gated communities) within and around the midrand area you can check out, such as blue valley estate, waterfall country estate etc...

    That looked appetising. Some more restaurant recommendations: 1) Gemelli, Bryanston. 2) Signature, Morningside Shopping Centre (if you're into fine dining). 3) The Rock, Kyalami Corner, Midrand. 4) Tashas at The Zone -- I suggest taking the Gautrain at the Midrand station (if you're still staying there), then you'd get off at Rosebank station.

    Try out biltong. Kudu biltong and ostrich biltong.. When you at the Kruger try out some of the wild animals there, from bucks to crocodile meat.

    Hi family happy you enjoyed ostrich steak, it's a healthy alternative to folks who can't eat beef for health reasons. Less fat or zero meat. Nice cuts are from ostrich thighs.

    There are parts in SA where pap is eaten by spoon or fork mostly the southern parts of SA which am used to but up north they use hands depending on the culture as well.

    I never had ostrich. I got to try it. I don’t see it around Metro Detroit. You know Detroit has Shrimp and chicken shack restaurants.

    What u called grits is widely eaten in Africa. In Uganda we call it posho or ugali in swahili very delish made out of corn flour...good with any kind of meat stew...here for the ostrich tho lol...I guess since u mentioned liver texture...it must cook soft...not chewy huh....I would like it

    I am sure they keep the Ostrich in the zoo that's why they wont allow u to kill it but in SA there are Ostrich farms.

    Hi Unapologetic Fam, share with us home in the West how much a lovely meal like that cost in US dollars. Give us an idea how our dollar will or will not do there. I would say a meal like that for 4 is at least $150 here at a nice restaurant in Atlanta.

    That one is not. There are some nice Black owned restaurants that we will post soon family. A lot of people from all over the world have some exquisite establishments out here. We are here for the whole experience💯

    It looks like your eyes are 1000 times better than your eyes . pixels and colour . The nose taking in that fresh air and the brain processing all that beauty , the video does not do justice . You have to be there in flesh.
