Amazing. I'm looking to build a 3D Printer that uses a Stewart platform to control the movement of the extruder more precisely. Of course the Platform would be upside down in order to do this, with the extruder mounted central to the platform. This spreadsheet will do well to help me simulate the needs of my platform before even building it in order to get the maximum build volume possible. Thanks a lot. Amazing work. Side note, couldn't mistake the South African accent. I myself reside in SA. Viva ANC ;) hahaha.

Particularly which materials are you intested in? I used an arm32 bit micro stmf3 demo board. Hobby servo's, m4 threaded bar some hobby helicopter link eyes and scraps of acrylic sheet. Was loads of fun and nice learning curve for me

chuchinmc Thank you for the compliment. The excel representation is merely a XY scatter graph with trendlines connect 2 points at a time. Very simple. the 3d effect is created by cleverly plotting points on a cartesian plane how the 3d points would be perceived if viewed from a particular angle
