In 1990 the #10 led the points.

While I’m happy that Gragson’s getting his second chance, it doesn’t change the fact that if they don’t fix things very quickly, SHR’s downfall is inevitable. They don’t even have their full sponsors announced yet. If this keeps up, they’ll probably be gone by 2030.

I believe that Dale Jr. Will buy SHR's charters and take over. Tony Stewart is so over NASCAR, he's married, planning on a baby, with a younger woman, and drag racing full time next year, which leaves no time for NASCAR.

I hope SHR gets their new Mustang working better. Glad to see Noah getting a seat in the 10 car. SHR has good drivers they just need their cars competitive. Hopefully it all works out.

I think ford will struggle next season! I think Chevy and Toyota will be more dominant next season especially with Chevy and the camaro going away next season!

Aric was a legit driver. Not top tier, but a solid driver. Gragson Will more than likely do worse than aric.

As a Noah gragson fan. I am thrilled to hear that it as officially been confirmed that he will be heading over to SHR for the 2024 cup series season. Not only Reuniting with Josh berry. But getting to work alongside preece and briscoe. I feel like the four of them will get along pretty nicely. Knowing that they all share the love for that old school /late model kind of racing. But I’m just overall happy that Noah Gragson is back in the cup with a simi competitive team.

I think so too/ But I said he shouldn't be cancelled over the mistake, and he should have not been suspended in the first place. Something I agreed with some of the NASCAR Motorsports youtubers.

Eric, you're expressing my thoughts about Alex Bowman. I also want him to return welland healthy. This decision he just mentioned is very smart of him..I truly hope he can get back to 100% and show us his power similar to early last year!!

Definitely excited to see what Noah can do with SHR, In the right equipment I believe he can do great things. My only concern with this deal is crew chief driver combo.

I'm glad Gragson is back. :) A fresh new start for him after a disaster rookie season with LMC and suspension. I remember when Smoke hired Kurt Busch years back after getting fired from Penske for his meltdowns. Kurt gave SHR the Daytona 500 win in 2017. I'm hoping for a brighter 2024 for Gragson and the rest of SHR Ford team.

If we look back at Jeff Gordons, and most drivers their first year in Cup. That being said rookies usually aren't to good their first year! Self-reflection, balance, and happiness within our minds, and overall is key as drivers and people! Maturity follows! I think Noah in the next 3 years will be a great driver with SHR moving forward! He has skill and will show it moving forward! 👍

I’d like to see SHR back on the radar. There was a time that I had seen enough of them dominating but it’s time for them to resurge back into serious contenders.

While Hocevar performed top 20 in those substitute races it will be interesting to see how he performs on a week to week basis in the car. The way he raced in the truck series will not serve him well in the Cup series. These aren't 20 year old boys racing because their father bought them a seat on the track. If he races dirty his 2024 season could go even worse than that of Gragson in the #42. That and the fact that the #77 will also need to show the car has made great improvements over the past few seasons with its new driver.

Carson got in the #42 and embarrassed the hell out of Noah!!!!! Noah thought he was going to cup and win,he won't win in the #10 in 2024.

Noah reminds me of a lot like Tony young full of piss and vinegar and he'll be fine always pushing to get to the front

A very interesting question -- I was wondering the same thing. Nascar kind of muddied the waters by allowing both Gragson and Gibbs to run for 2023 rookie of the year when both stepped up from xfinity to run multiple cup races in 2022. And what about Berry and Hocevar? Does Nascar have a rule re: ROY status?

As a iRacer myself racing 10-15 races a week and leagues at times , the mentality of a nascar driver has to be absurd , me racing a video game I know I have a shot to win each race if I do my best and try my hardest , could only imagine loading up iRacing everyday knowing I’m guaranteed 25th or worst every time could be extremely detrimental to one’s mental
