I have been watching Uncle Clyde's videos form early early on and watch nah, this man real old school with cooking, he reminds me of how my Mother would cook when I use to live at Home, love everything about his videos, thanks Uncle Clyde's for being Original and to the Camera man and all those that have a part in this series.

Hello I'm from Detroit Michigan and my late husband Bluno Browne was from Trinidad and Tobago. From 8-15 but born in St.vincent and the Granadine then England until 94 in 95 we meet in Detroit together 19 years until he passed 2014. In new to you and looking at you bought back ways of how a true carribean man would prep and do things over the stove.. just like Bluno R.I.P. my dear husband 🇻🇨🇺🇸🇹🇹🙏🏾🙏🏾😢😢

Uncle Clyde has two swizzle sticks. I purchased one recently and today my granddaughter asked what it was used for. I told her we used it before blenders were invented😄😄😄

Greetings from the Bavarian Alps... I visited Paramin frequently back in the late'70s mid-80s... I will certainly try this Dish in the very near future, only with Bavarian, German spices :))

This whole setup here take me back to when I was a kid and people use to take their time to cook their meals. Such care was taken in every step to make the meal complete. Uncle Clyde kitchen got me missing those days when my mom would be cooking and serving my meals on enamel plates like the one in his video. Keep up the good work 👍🏽 .....We watching this video all the way in the Virgin Islands 🇻🇮

That is the ORIGINAL old school way to make gravy browning, (de best way) the meat and the sauce have a deep flavor, Americans use a rue with flour.... A chalky texture to the sauce.
