Sugar:

Stevia:

However, some people may find the taste of stevia to be bitter or have an aftertaste.
Gur Shakar:Sugar and jaggery are two commonly used sweeteners that are often compared for their health benefits and drawbacks. Both are derived from natural sources and are used to add sweetness to a variety of foods and beverages.
Sugar, also known as white granulated sugar, is derived from sugarcane or sugar beet. It is highly processed and refined to remove impurities and color, leaving behind pure sucrose.
