Ik from experience it takes at least 6 months to notice a physical difference and probably 2 more years of consistent weight training to notice sizable gains. The crime here is these celebrities are setting unrealistic expectations for the youth. Long story short building muscle takes time, a lot of it.

Not saying that he did not do steroids (since he hangs out with Brad a lot, he probably does something), but his physique is literally not that impressive even on natty standards. He barely has visible abs and has decent size but nothing mindblowing. Anyone can achieve that naturally in my opinion. His vein on his shoulder is just good genetics I guess. He used to be pretty fat and now just peeled a lot of the fat off. Very possible to do naturally, however I don't think he necessarily did it naturally since his lifestyle doesn't seem ideal for bodybuilding.

You don't need roids to get a shoulder vein, it's genetic and some people will have it start to show when they get sub 15. I get delt veins sub 15 and it extends to the chest when I get around 12.

I have always thought that Steve could do a really good skit where he tries to take the place of Rob Gronkowski in a video collaborating with Gronk and stuff. That could be so funny if they find creative ways to pull that off. Steve is awesome for so many reason's. He has the best most messed up humor and dark sarcasm that he just freestyle's on the fly, it's unbeatable lol. Then add in the fact that he lives such a crazy life full of hard work and mix in how much he sends it, drinking, smoking cigs, no one publicly smokes cigs anymore it seems like, plus all the other shit he probably fucks around with in the background substance wise while partying. It's just insanely impressive that he looks so good given the lifestyle habits he lives. 99% of us would look ran over by a semi truck if we lived like he does...... So yeah im hyped for Steve for looking great because he's a great guy and seriously deserves it. It's so cool to see someone with the most demented humor but yet the kindest heart. I fucking love it. It really shows just how much intention matters.
