This is way too underated a mean WOW..

Some people hate on Steven Tyler stepping into the Country genre but I think this song ROCKS and it feels good to listen to it. A true artist should not ever be locked into one genre, I mean Taylor Swift is a great example as she stepped out of Country and into Pop creating some awesome music in her new genre. I say Steven Tyler is doing just that, listen to the lyrics, they are kick-ass. Love this song and look forward to buying it too.

so what if Steven Tyler doesn't do what he used to do in the 70's, people like this song and his new music. If you don't like it go somewhere else and don't bother the people who like this song. i'm tired of people acting like country or certain other genres that many love are garbage and that everybody else has to agree with them, we're all different, i like it, you don't, or vice versa, meanwhile to +burntvirtue , Steven has probably been to Georgia, he probably had a few experiences there outside of work, he can sing about what he wants to sing about, stop complaining about every little thing and accept it! Why come here only to file a long complaint about the song or the entire album for the rest of us to see? We understand you have the right to give your opinion but honestly, you could've taken up less space by saying that you feel it lacks authenticity and that you consider it nonsense. saying the entire audience is ignorant shows that you're ignorant and vain, you want to think everybody who likes or loves country music or a specific type of country music is a simpleton when in reality many successful and intelligent people listen to it as well, you just stereotyped everybody that enjoys country music. The amount of fame one has in comparison to another has nothing to do with whether or not the more famous person in question appreciates the less famous person's music. to say we're all zombies gobbling up the music that is considering a waste of recording by you is more an opinion than a fact, i agree that some music that has been produced over the past 10 years has lacked the substance or the proper vocal skills, sometimes people who have a good voice are auto-tuned for no reason, but not everything we record is like that, even if i have to dig i'll try to find something i appreciate so it'll make that year a little less empty of true entertainment or meaning. considering you used the world bilge it is somewhat likely you're from Australia, New Zealand or somewhere in the UK or you just take interest and slight pleasure in using certain types of words/slang, you probably feel some type of respect or patriotism to your home country, whether you'll shout it from the roof tops of tall buildings or you say quietly to yourself or to a friend that you're proud to be from where you're from . Steven likely feels that same way, so he sang that line about it being good to be born in the USA because he genuinely feels that way, i've never heard him complain about the entire country in a way where he isn't proud to be from it, he may not like some of whats going on in it but he likes being an american regardless, so, before you shoot your mouth off again i suggest you think about that.
