He was pleasant, jovial, and answered every question without being difficult. He was pretty good in Under siege as well. 1992 was a long time ago!!

Seagal is one of my favorites. He's done lots of cool movies, and he sounds like an interesting and knowledgeable guy.

Right and he was at a couple of Seagal´s movie premieres including "On Deadly Ground", Marked for Death and Under Siege". But they don´t have any contact anymore(for many years).

True alot of actors definitely copied that style, especially that dude in sons of anarchy. lol **raspy whisper** "gotta save the baby... doing all this for the baby..wheres the baby?... the baby is kidnapped.. gotta get the baby back.....tarah.... you cant see the baby nomore... youre a bad influence on the baby... " lol meanwhile hes the worst thing that ever happened to that baby

That's cool that he gave a shoutout to Nick Mancuso here. Mancuso had become friends with Seagal and was a fellow practitioner of Aikido at the time. He had a fantastic TV series in the 1980s called Stingray that heavily featured martial arts and Cold War themes.

Seagal went to the barbiers in coming to America (1988) to get his ponytail cut off.

I have to admit, when the man first came out I was intrigued. I had never seen Aikido on screen So I was very fascinated. But that ship sailed a very long time ago🛳

Saw Seagal on a letterman interview too , he was pleasant , easy going. Almost self effecing, come out with some story's that actually were funny...I wonder if Stephen was trolling us all along..

Arsenio was a big Seagal fan at the time. Did you know that Arsenio was at the premiere of "Marked for Death"? Did you know that Arsenio was at the premiere of "Out for Justice"? Did you know that he was at the premiere of "Under Siege"? He was also at the premiere of "On Deadly Ground"! Arsenio was a huge Seagal fan at the time, that´s a fact.

I grew up watching his films i just prefer Van dammes movies plus at least Van damme has abit more personality Lol

I think Seagal´s first 5 movies were better. And be honest Seagal was a bigger star in the US than van Damme. His movies grossed much more. His martial arts style was much more realistic and inventive than van Damme´s. I was never impressed by van Damme because he doesn´t have much charisma and he´s more of a ballett dancer than martial artist. Totally show and not very realistic. However, in real life Seagal is a very strange dude, we all know that.
