@Neo Nhlapo: Neo, that was the GREATEST family introduction I’ve EVER seen on Family Feud. And that includes FFUSA. When the Zulu people in the audience joined in, it became even greater. As a person of African descent I felt it deep down. To top it off, I was very pleasantly surprised when I noticed Dumazile was waving something African descendants in the Caribbean know very well: what we call a cocoyea broom. I used to think that was something that originated here in the Caribbean. I now have learned that it’s from our African forefathers. What is it called in Zulu?

Neo has a contagious laugh. I love it. I like these episodes of Africa. I truly enjoy seeing the beauty that this world has to offer. I really need to visit all the nations of Africa, seriously. African and Proud Thanks. To paraphrase Maya Angelou, you cannot know and appreciate where your are, or where you are going, without knowing and appreciating where you come from. Africans are my forefathers. Without them, I wouldn’t exist. Many times on TV and the internet I’ve seen Africans that literally look just like people of African descent that I’ve seen on the street. We are of one blood.
