@EZE THE GREAT the thing is people who take unqualified people normally just want to exploit them. Many people like that usually have no degree themselves and hate the fact that they are always looked over by employers and yet they feel they can do just as well. At times when they do get that job while unqualified the employer suffers losses from over egostic decision taken buy them to prove they are as good. Staying a bit longer at school you learn and avoid mistakes that would have cost someone if done practically. Unqualified entitled employees make your business their experimental zone and you as the employer suffer the loss.

I love how black south Africans enjoy teaching African Americans about their culture. I think it's so important that we as African Americans to learn about Black African culture not just in the context of America. We have so many languages and customs I wouldn't know where to start. I intentionally study African languages on purpose. I have gotten a lot funny looks from some African Americans because they sometimes don't realize that black people are not just a monolithic group of people. So seeing this makes me so happy and proud to say my Ancestors are African West African that is❤❤❤

I used to get teased alot for my African features but I'm am what I am. Yes I'm American born and raised. But my ancestors are all over me Their strength has carried me through so much. I'm glad this show has come now to South Africa, not when we were younger, back in the 80s and 90s. The older black South African generation have European names and African names at the same time . So you'd use your English names if you met someone like Steve, to help him not to struggle. For instance, you'd find Michael, Gerald, Sylvester, Clive etc. But the new generation only has african names. And it's great. Viva! 👍🏿👍🏿

I am reeeeally loving Family Feud Africa. I am from Jamaica. In the various dialects of the Caribbean we also change the 'er' and 'or' at the end of words to 'a'. So river becomes riva, chapter becomes chapta and pastor becomes pasta. Guess we got that from the mother land. So I am able to understand the contestants fairly well. The names though would take some practise.

I see a lot of comments saying the wedding and reception are the same things in Africam culture. Not true. We do have a reception separate from the wedding ceremony in the African culture. It's just that we don't have an African word for "reception" to differentiate it from the wedding, so we combine it as one. But there are indeed two segments, wedding, and reception. I'm Xhosa!
