Got it down perfect AND she doesnt even get out of breath. Shes in great shape. This is got to be the best scene from this show ever !!!

@@TheCurtis19799 There is quite a bit of validity in your comment, that is for sure but I have relatives in their 80's and 90's who still act like they did in their 50's and 60's and they get more done in a day then a lot of people I know who are currently in the 60's do. That is why I feel that if you think young and act young you have better chance of staying young and having a longer life.
