I was adopted and i remember watching this episode. I was always curious about my biological parents. I remember breaking down during this episode because I never wanted to know what this felt like. Well, i grew up and unfortunately I can say I know what this feels like. I found my bio Mother about two years after she passed away. The nightmare came true.

That was one of the most emotional moments for Steve

Ian Ziering is a good actor ❤ even for the cheesy show 90210, was even a cheesy show still had some good episodes and meaningful storylines ❤😊❤

I wish they added more scenes where he and his grandpa spend time together.

3:21, the least Steve could do is bring flowers to his birth mother’s grave. 😢

I always wondered why they never showed Steve’s Grandpa Al after this.

He lives in Albuquerque, so it makes sense that they would not likely see each other much, if ever again. Plus the show isn’t about Steve. We don’t have time for this stuff. lol.

@@daughterofolaf Well they showed Steve finding out the truth about Rush…And Steve marrying Janet and becoming a father..Grandpa Al could have seen his great grandkid.

....although Steve felt if he found his birth Mother, he would feel, 'complete'; ..but if you were adopted by a nurturing, caring, LOVING adoptive Mother....RICH, to boot.....you weren't 'abandoned', in ANY way, Steve..... you birth Mother DID what she need to do...... (0:40) ...

You mean he never met his birth mom. His REAL mom was the woman that adopted and raised him. In addition, that woman loved him and cared for him….. what a REAL parent does.

@@edhcb9359 it is a very heartwarming and touching scene. Even though it is make believe, it reaches out to the audience. I had a friend that balled her eyes out crying when she looked and found her birth mother and her birth mother rejected her. And another girl who was emancipated for never being adopted by the age of 18. It was heartbreaking to see that

It was revealed many seasons later that Rush was actually his real dad and never told his adopted mother.

This pivotal episode should be on Paramount+, but it isn't. Least they could do is not toy with us by putting their logo and link in this video. A business should be honest.
