Felons can vote in NY as long as they aren't incarcerated at the time of voting.

We Canadians are celebrating our 157th birthday and we are waving good bye to sleaze bag Bannon as he goes to prison. He tried his destruction here, like he did in Brexit, so he can serve his 4 months now, and hopefully by the time he is through the court system, it ends up to be 40 years. We won't mind. Bannon is also facing criminal charges in New York state court. Charges are he duped donors who gave money to build a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border. That trial has been postponed 😖until at least the end of September.

Believe me I've worked in a male Prison. The morning unlock is absolute nausea. Bad breath, Stinky farts, toe jam, body odour of 40 crims in one unit, the smell wafts through every corner. Give me a woman's prison to work in any day as far as odour goes.

It feels good to finally see one of the big jerks going to prison. I do not know what makes guys like him so rebellious and ungrateful.

When Bannon is in federal prison, and a new case trial is set to begin in another jurisdiction, he will receive a chit. To travel he will then be scheduled on either Con air or con bus. All con air takes you through Central prison areas for retransfer and you could be stuck in transit for quite a while without any use of commissary or your personal items. You have to sit in transit until a full plane is available to take you to your destination. So you can be in transit for quite a while. No one receives singular transit in prison. If the space between his prison location in the feds system and the court where he hast to go is relatively close he will be transferred via Con bus. In this case, they wake you up very early in the morning give you a sandwich and put you shackled into a bus with other prisoners. This bus can travel to many different destinations before you reach your own. If you travel for a whole day, there are no bathroom stops. Well, he is assigned to low security The fact that he has a court date within this prison term, which is for criminal case will mean that he will be spending time in detention centers which are high security or he will be spending time in local jail holding cells.

Hopefully that sentence will be added to. His other trail starts while he is in prison. Karma, baby
