What a tremendous loss. I loved his blunt honesty on the show. He was an original, a true one of a kind, and will be missed. Bye for now (in Ralph’s voice imitating ETM)
I remember Ralph making fun of Ronnie for his Mambo cologne. That episode was hilarious and Ralph went hard at Ronnies age. Cant believe scoresman outlived him. rip ralph
My prayers go out to Ralph's family and to the Stern staff and all of the people Ralph touched. This is heartbreaking.

RIP Ralph, going to miss your calls and how you gave the Howard staff a hard time. Your fights with Maryann from Brooklyn will be legendary.
That "Thank you Ralph, bye for now" really hit me.
Ralph was great, always stirring shit up and always had something hilarious to contribute. I'll miss having him around. :(
I’m so sorry, my deepest condolences to Howard and everyone Ralph touched. I saddened 😢
Awwww, geez this is heartbreaking. RIP Ralph, you will be missed
This clip is helping me have some closure as a long time listener. I just can't believe we will never have another Ralph call. Like Howard said I wish he took better care of himself sooner.

Ralph was great because he knew he was a villain and played it well. He knew how to get under peoples skin and knew it would make for great radio.

If you listened to yesterday's show everyone including Howard talked about Ralph's flaw and things he did that annoyed them. They mentioned how abrasive he was several times.
Damn….Ralph was a great instigator of trouble and it was hilarious…regardless of how you felt about him…he was entertaining! Rest in peace Ralphie Cakes!!❤
If Howard really cared about any of his staff he'd be there in person especially after someone passed away.
RIP Ralph and condolences to all of his friends and family.
Ralph's interactions with and impressions of ETM were always hysterical. R.I.P. Ralph. 😢
I just found out about this late at almost 3 in the morning haha. I'm shocked. Wasn't a fan of him but he made funny bits from time to time. Rip 🙏

Been listening to Howard since he first hit Philly in '86. I wasn't much of a Ralph fan, but I respected his willingness to start things up with a single phone call. He was some of the glue that kept that group together. Died too young. RIP bro! You won't be forgotten.
