Damn, I was 21 when this aired. In my opinion, this was the greatest time to be into the show. This is when Howard was at his biggest popularity.

Kenneth died in jail for trying to snatch a little girl off the streets. That neighbor girl of his Gary was talking about got lucky!

Is he is guilty that’s extremely upsetting, but apparently the girl had recanted her story and changed the events of it multiple times. Out of all the wack packers he really seemed like the least likely to do something that that honestly and the fact Steve Langford who was a professional news reporter seemed to also find it to be fishy is concerning.
