a front courtyard in the desert is a great idea, and if i ever build another home, it will be a must. really like the basic idea/design of this home, and i'm super picky. very poor tour, though. needs narration.

I knew that this was a Toll Bros home by all the hundred of thousands of dollars in upgrades. ..does this model include RV parking on property? This home looks very much like the Toll Bros homes in Vegas.

Hello! The base price for the Hastings is currently $725,000. With any new construction there will also be the cost of the lot premium and any design upgrades and landscaping.

Who designs a "private" courtyard that isn't 100 percent surrounded by the residence? What's the pointy of such an extravagant entry.. Zero security zero privacy none of the reasons inner courtyards were designed for. Modern build with absolutely no purpose..
