They are showing signs of improvement but they're still 10th in the table. A loss against Newcastle and we are back to 12th place and closer to relegation positions than top 4. We need to win more consistently. We threw away a clear result against Arsenal and also losses to lower side opposition like Nottingham Forest. A win against Arsenal and a win against one of those lower sides would've placed us in a top 5-6 position at the moment.

​@@kirapoodleFor sure mate. I was actually angry so cuz its such a shame we couldn't win games that we were supposed to win. Literally if we win the games that we were leading and minus all the mistakes we could be in at least top 6. Worst thing here is that it's not like we played like utter shit , we just couldn't finish. The sort of cutting edge against low blocks and the discipline and focus in crucial minutes , that is exactly what we lack in games where we should have won.

@@dannyphantom8937 I'm hopeful that Jackson continues to be a bit more clinical and also Sterling and Palmer have been playing very well recently. Also with Nkunku returning from injury that will give us something different as well. We need to start winning more consistently, I think we can finish top 6 this season to at least qualify for the Europa League.

@@kirapoodle I'm on the same page as you. I do wanna add tho that I'm not really in the same column as those who wants the club to go for Osimhen. I think development needs to go on properly by giving time so we need to endure these boys making mistakes , they have to learn and sometimes it might be the worst way possible whether we like it or not. We already have a system and players with different profiles so it's not like we don't have varieties or whatsoever. This team being a free-scoring for some reason sounds more secure to me rather than getting a big name striker and then suddenly every balls have to go to him/through him. Then we dunno what to do if he's not on form especially if he doesn't settle down quickly.

@@dannyphantom8937 To be honest I'm one of those who want Chelsea to sign Victor Osimhen but I understand your point about developing our current players. Signing Osimhen would send Jackson to the bench and I think he has good potential.

I remember when he played against us and some Chelsea fans hurled racists chants towards him. Those fans where identified and banned, now he is playing for us. And d fans now cheer him with songs

Watching this video clip made me realise Sterling and Palmer would actually suit playing in midfield as no.8's, the former as the ball carrier and the latter as the creator... all Chelsea need is to invest in attack, proper wingers like Kvaratskhelia (LW) and Soule (RW).
