Is it just me or has Steppenwolf become one of the most beloved comic book villains after the Snyder Cut dropped ?ZOD was magnificent and so was Ares but I feel like Steppenwolf has his own legion of fans right now . It's GLORIOUS.

One of the most beloved? Not sure about that. But he sure turned from one of the weakest (in Josstice League) to a pretty damn intimidating and interesting foe. Especially for a 100 % CGI character, he conveys lots of personality. It goes so far that many people actually feel for him.

What is great about this villian in SnyderCut is when he sais "the great darkness begins" you really feel it. Because you saw nightmare scene and epilogue scene with joker, death of Lois, etc. And you know what shit is about to happen, awesome! This verse is collected by pieces and it has to be restored #RestoreTheSnyderVerse

He deserve a back story also

I never liked BvS dawn of justice, suicide squad and never will but Zack Snyder has redeemed himself by making the best JL 2021(it would have been better with bright light tone & no f words & rated pg 13 instead rated 16/18) with best villains. I don't understand why Joss Whedon had to removed Zack Snyder's original version into abominable 2017 JL . What was he thinking?
