Kind of,, his apperance is heavily influenced by Elvis, but his music style is Paul Anka/Ritchie Valens/ Nat King Cole. He's also said that NKC, Sinatra, The Platters are some of his influences as well.

This kid is ridiculously talented. I hear the Everly Brothers big time. What an incredible song that drags my 67-year-old mind and heart back to CYO dances in the 60's. Thank you Steven Sanchez for transporting me back to that era when music was pure and heartfelt.

I’m a musician and like all genres of music, I’m a big Dean Martin fan but most of all I’m a Metal head. I love this song so much that it was my wife’s and my wedding song 11 weeks ago. ❤ I married the girl I’ve known for 20 years and I’ve wanted to be with her so much and never thought I had any chance at all. We lost contact for 5 years and I moved away, (not prison by the way 😂)then when I returned and she first saw me she ran into my arms, and said she had felt the same about me for all those years. I’m such a lucky man ❤
I fell in love with this song the moment i hear it in you tube, brilliant kid

This performance by Stephen Sanchez for "Until I Found You." is done so well and is sung very nicely and is so calming and mellow. And, i also, think that Stephan Sanchez's vocals are so fabulous and what a great musical. And what a cool black and white music video.

I hope Stephen Sanchez never made it only as a one-hit wonder. We want more from him like The Pool, Until I Found You, I Want You etc.
@erikeriks
Жыл бұрын
Niche styles like these die out fast, especially in this modern era of music where one-hit wonders practically thrive upon the fact that they're one-hit wonders. The industry is in an extremely harsh place right now since artists are re-calibrating what platforms to look for, however as long as Sanchez keeps innovating his musical style (which he seems to be extremely good at, he's very talented even for today's standards) he may become a big artist.

In other words he should ditch the niche of being the "modern Elvis" before it dies out. He's intelligent as an artist so I doubt he doesn't know this

His voice gives me chills
glad to have an artist in my generation bringing back this type of music

Sublime Talent.
It’s refreshing to hear, in this age and time, a song with clean lyrics, esp. by such a young man. I pray this will start a trend and transform the music industry. There is no need for vulgarity in music. Beautiful song. When I first heard it I thought it was a song from the 50s or 60s.
Hopefully he makes this kinda songs in the future. Love it

I could swear it was an Everly Brothers song from the early 1960’s that I somehow missed, kept trying to find it. It’s amazing how it has their 1961 sound and a little early Carol King. their sound
