Stephen A brought out a dirty little secret, at the time: Black players wanting Black coaches to cut them some slack and let them off for their transgressions, whether it be late for practice, etc! Stephen A thought Black coaches were being taken advantage of by players, and were not trying that with white coaches. He said that around the same time Iverson got Randy Ayers fired from Philly. Randy Ayers was one of them cats that didn't play that. So players like Iverson and Big Dog ruined Ayers' rep.....!
