Wow! 86 subscribers; 483 views...I recently purchased your book Wake Up Now. I think it's the BEST book on the topic out there, and it has been very valuable and useful to me. Clearly you have much to offer serious seekers. Please don't be discouraged if it's taking so long for your audience to find you.

yeah im reading beyond mindfulness at the moment. very clear and to the point. the most clear and least diluted Ive come across.

I came here from your wonderful course on the Waking Up app, thank you for your guidance Stephan, many years meditating had gotten me so far, but you have moved me so much more forwards to actual experience

I think i go a taste of it a few times, and again this morning, then again while listening to the conversation between you and Sam on Waking Up App, but i dont know for sure, but pretty sure. Further, what i never heard before, is the idea of stabilizing the awakening. Totally makes sense! Early on in my quest, which seems a completely wrong approach, i got the impression that enlightenment was something that happens to the self. I had a hunch that this was wrong, but i had nothing else to go on. Then, big gap in practice, but i could remember and at least i think i was returning.... how do i know im not wrong? Im pretty darn sure, but not 100%. I dont expect any answer, and will continue on my way....im pretty darn sure though :)

Last 25 yrs im trying, Osho,sw muktananda of ganeshpuri ,sri yogananda,sri nisargdutta maharaj,ramanna maharishi...nothing happ ened im same even though intellectually i know i m awareness without form. What to do?or what not to do? Sharad cs INDIA
